Founded in 2006, Arangmas Shipping & Forwarding (ASF) began humbly as a ship chandler. Over the years we have become a solid partner in the marine industry, attending foreign and domestic vessels at ports across Malaysia on behalf of terminals, charterers and owners.

Full port agency
Ship agent at ports across Malaysia, representing the owner or charterer for the whole port call, from arrival to departure.
- Pre-arrival preparation
- Customs entry and clearance of vessels and cargoes

- Attending and representing the principal at the port of call

Husbandry agency
Husbandry agent wherever your vessel calls, looking after the vessel and crew while in port, including the Domestic Shipping Licence (DSL).
- Full crew change management: flights, airport transfers, accommodation, medical assistance, repatriation and immigration formalities

Forwarding and customs clearance
Forwarding agent and customs clearance across Malaysia, moving your cargo from supplier to customs release.
- Receiving cargo from your local supplier as your forwarding agent and clearing it through customs
- Preparing and submitting import and export documents, representing you during customs assessment and duty payment, and delivering the cargo once cleared
- Advice on import permits and applications to the relevant government bodies, including applicable duties and taxes and how to claim the maximum exemption allowed by law
- Guidance on importing and exporting in Malaysia
